Statement of Purpose
The business of the corporation shall be carried on within the Continental. United State and elsewhere as conditions or circumstances may require. The business and purpose of the corporate foundation shall be exclusively charitable and educational within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and are limited to purposes as specified in the above Code, and contributions for which purpose are deductible under Section 170 (c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and 1986; and its chief purpose will be to receive and distribute funds for scholarships, student aid and benevolence to the poor and needy without regard to race, religion, color or ethnic origin. The corporate foundation is organized exclusively for educational, charitable and benevolent purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Laws.

The purpose of the Foundation is to work with, be supportive of and give full aid and support to the needy in the communities at large without regard to race, religion, ethnic origin, or color whenever found to be needy and wanting.
